Terms & Conditions

1. Membership

  • Membership is subject to approval by FitLab Galway.

  • Members must be at least 12 years old.

  • Membership fees, types, and benefits may vary and are subject to change.

2. Rules and Regulations

  • Members must comply with all gym rules, policies, and guidelines, including safety instructions and proper equipment use.

  • FitLab Galway reserves the right to refuse access or terminate memberships for any breach of these terms.

3. Liability Waiver

  • Members assume all risk of personal injury, death, or property loss resulting from any cause whatsoever, including negligence, breach of contract, or breach of any statutory or other duty of care.

4. Payment and Fees

  • Members agree to pay all applicable fees, charges, and taxes for their selected membership type.

  • Late or returned payments may be subject to additional fees.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Members may cancel their membership by providing 2 weeks’ written notice according to the terms stated in the membership agreement.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy.

6. Booking Policy

  • Clients must book 1 hour or more in advance of a session.

  • Clients who cancel a booking 12 hours or more before a session starts will automatically receive a refunded session to the package or membership used. Cancellations after this time will not automatically receive a refund.

7. Personal Information and Privacy

  • Personal information collected will be managed according to the FitLab Galway Privacy Policy.

  • FitLab Galway may use personal information for marketing purposes, subject to applicable laws.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • FitLab Galway reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes.

9. Miscellaneous

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.

  • If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
